Many family members were unable to attend the military internment in Florida last month and so I hoped to enable those in the Chicago area to have a meal together and share our happy memories. But our guest list of 32 was going to stretch our hosting capacity and I knew we would be too busy to speak with anyone present and simultaneously set up the buffet, provide drinks, do the considerable post meal clean up and so on. I read umpteen 5 star reviews of John’s Bartending Services and decided to hire him and his wife–he tended bar and every aspect of beverage serving, she dealt with everything related to multiple food items, and they overlapped duties if one was busier than the other. At the end of the event, buoyed by our enjoyment of an effortless experience, we both wanted to do a commercial for this outstanding, friendly, professional, and intuitive team.
