Baillie really was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. I was more or less expecting her to be around the bar area making drinks, but she would walk around to see if anybody needed another drink, offer suggestions, take away empties, wash glasses, help clean up…she was constantly working and doing things that I felt went above and beyond what we were looking for.
